Featuring German BE-Maschinenmesser knives made of high-resistance KUT steel, the bowl cutters provide precise cuts with minimal gap between the knives and bowl. The robust stainless steel construction includes a solid bowl, lid, and adjustable, non-slip feet for stability. Additional features include

a removable knife head (3 knives standard, 6 optional),
a self-adjusting lid/bowl friction blade, and
a transparent noise protection cover.

A temperature sensor ensures accurate readings during operation.
