The Hanna HI 147-00 Thermometer Checkfridge offers an innovative solution for temperature monitoring without the need to prepare time-consuming ice baths. Featuring the unique CAL CHECK® function, it can simulate an ice bath for testing, streamlining your process. A conveniently located TEST switch on the front of the thermometer allows you to perform an internal calibration check with a simple press. In seconds, the results are displayed on the large LCD screen. Once the test is complete, returning the switch to the READ position restores the thermometer to its normal measuring mode.
Ideal for monitoring temperatures in refrigerators and incubators, the HI 147 has a magnetic backing for easy attachment to metal surfaces. It includes a food-grade stainless steel thermistor probe attached to a 1-meter (3.3’) cable, ensuring fast and accurate responses with an impressive ±0.3°C accuracy. The CAL CHECK® function verifies calibration at 0°C, providing additional reliability. The thermometer also features a low battery warning, ensuring you always get accurate readings.
