The all-around Foodlogistik Classic Dicer is ideal for cutting meat, cheese, vegetables, fruit, eggs, fish, and more. It boasts the most robust motor (2.6 kW), delivering unmatched hydraulic performance with over double the oil volume of equivalent dicers.

With a cutting length of up to 45 mm and a throughput of up to 560 cuts per minute, it ensures clean, precise cuts, even through sinews and tough meat.
